All the rates in this agreement are quoted in local currency (Emirati Dirham - AED) per room per night and include a 7%
Municipality Fee, 10% Service Charge, and 5% VAT based on the meal plan mentioned.
Check-in Time is 15:00 hours on the arrival date. Check-in before 10:00hrs will be subject to 100% of the room
rate and is subject to availability.
• Check-out Time is 12:00 noon on the departure date. Late check-out charges are applicable as follows:
•Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 will be subject to a 50% room rate charge and is subject to availability.
• Check out later than 18:00 will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
